1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened beauty or personal care products
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)
5. Late or Missing Refunds
